Strength Training For Women Over 40
In Today’s Episode: In this video I am going to be looking at strength training for women over the age of 40. I will be looking at the benefits of strength training and giving some great tips for women wanting to start adding strength training into their exercise regime.
So to begin, the first question I will be answering is, should women over 40 strength train? Plus I will be talking about one of the main myths of this type training that a lot of women worry about.
I'll then be taking a closer look at some of the issues we face as women over the age of 40 and taking a look at how strength training can help overcome them. Along with 5 great tips for beginners to help them get started with a strength training program.
