What Is HIIT?

So what is HIIT Training?: In this video I will be explaining what HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is and the benefits of this type of training, as well as giving you a great HIIT Beginner 4 Week interval training timing program to get you started.

Here Are Your Beginner Interval Timings for Weeks, 2, 3 & 4 (Week 1 in the video)

Week 2: Day 1: 30 seconds of work, then 60 seconds of active recovery for 14 rounds or 21 minutes.

Day 2: 60 seconds of work, then 120 seconds of active recovery for 6 rounds or 18 minutes.

Day 3: 20 seconds of work, then 40 seconds of active recovery for 14 rounds or 21 minutes.

Week 3: Day 1: 30 seconds of work, then 60 seconds of active recovery for 14 rounds or 20 minutes.

Day 2: 60 seconds of work, then 120 seconds of active recovery for 7 rounds or 20 minutes.

Day 3: 20 seconds of work, then 40 seconds of active recovery for 20 rounds or 20 minutes.

Week 4: Day 1: 30 seconds of work, then 60 seconds of active recovery for 16 rounds or 24 minutes.

Day 2: 60 seconds of work, then 120 seconds of active recovery for 8 rounds or 24 minutes.

Day 3: 20 seconds of work, then 40 seconds of active recovery for 24 rounds or 24 minutes.
